Reiki 1
Reiki Level 1: A Journey into Self-Healing
If you’re beginning to explore your spiritual path, Reiki is a gentle and powerful place to start. This introductory course offers a beautiful way to connect with your own energy, begin your healing journey, and open up to a deeper sense of inner peace and awareness.
Over the course of six hours, you’ll receive four sacred attunements that activate your connection to Reiki energy and gently open your energy centres. It’s a nurturing experience designed to help you feel empowered, balanced, and supported.
To suit your lifestyle, especially if you’re a parent or have a busy schedule, the training is available in two relaxed 3-hour sessions — ideal for fitting around school pick-up times. We’ll arrange the dates together to ensure they work for you.
Investment: £144
Includes a Reiki manual, certificate of completion, and a notebook for your reflections. A £44 deposit secures your place. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.

Reiki 2
Reiki Level 2: Deepening Your Practice
When you feel ready to take the next step on your Reiki journey, Level 2 offers a powerful opportunity to deepen your connection and expand your healing abilities. In this course, you'll be introduced to the sacred Reiki symbols, tools that help you focus and direct the energy more intentionally, including for distant healing and emotional work.
Investment £177 (with a £77 deposit), which includes a detailed manual and a beautiful notebook to support your learning. I also invite you to keep a healing diary for 28 days following the course, a reflective and enriching practice before receiving your certificate.
As with Level 1, sessions can be arranged around school hours to suit your schedule.
If you've previously completed Reiki Level 1 with another teacher, you're warmly welcome to continue your journey with me, I just ask to see your certificate first. And if you feel you need a little refresher before stepping into Level 2, we can chat about revisiting Level 1 to help you feel fully confident.
