If you’re beginning to explore your spiritual path, or simply feel drawn to learning Reiki, Reiki Level 1 is a beautiful place to start.

This course introduces you to Reiki and teaches you how to connect with and use Reiki energy for self-healing and healing family and friends. 

During the six hours of training, you will receive four Reiki attunements, which connect you to Reiki energy and begin the process of opening and balancing your energy centres.

We will explore what Reiki is, how it works and how to use it in everyday life. You’ll learn hand positions for giving Reiki to yourself and others, and there will be plenty of time to practise, ask questions and become comfortable working with the energy.

The course can be completed in two relaxed 3-hour sessions, making it easier to fit around you.

Your course includes:

• Reiki Level 1 manual
• Four Reiki attunements
• Practical experience giving and receiving Reiki
• Certificate of completion
• Notebook for your own reflections and experiences

Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your own Reiki journey, a skill you can carry with you and use for the rest of your life.

Reiki 1 course is done as a group if you would like a 1:1 training this can be arranged and the price is £175

When you feel ready to take the next step with Reiki, Reiki Level 2 allows you to deepen your connection to the energy and develop your healing practice further.

During the course, you will be introduced to the Reiki symbols and learn how and when to use them. These powerful tools can help you focus and direct Reiki energy more intentionally, including working with emotional healing and sending Reiki across distance.

There will be time to practise using the symbols and experience how they can enhance the Reiki energy, helping you to become more confident in trusting yourself and your connection.

Following your training, I ask you to keep a 28-day healing diary, recording your Reiki practice, experiences and observations. This gives you time to work with what you have learned and deepen your understanding before receiving your Reiki Level 2 certificate.
